I’ve spent my life exploring creative self-expression, the mystery of the cosmos, and my relationship to nature and planet earth. My diverse interests have led me down many fascinating, magical, and transformational paths.
I studied ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and theatre arts in my youth. I continued my professional dance education studying with master teachers at Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center in New York City. At age 19, I began my professional career in the arts, performing in theatre, television, touring companies, and film productions in the United States and Europe. I performed in shows such as Sweet Charity, Singin’ in the Rain, Sugar Babies, Street Scene, West Side Story, Days of Our Lives, and My One and Only. I am a member of the theatrical unions SAG-AFTRA and Actors’ Equity Association. As a writer, I am the author of the best-selling book “Yoga Practice Essentials” and two audiobooks, “Illumine” and “Yoga Breakthrough.”
I passionately believe in the power and benefits of leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Integrating the body, mind, and soul opens the flow of creativity and manifestation. These truths inspired me to pursue education in holistic health and spiritual studies.
I hold a degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Exercise Science. I believe food is medicine, which led to becoming a graduate of T. Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutrition Studies. Throughout my professional dance career, I utilized massage therapy to heal injuries. The benefits of massage therapy inspired me to earn certification as a massage therapist through IPSB (School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork) in Los Angeles. My interest in spirituality led to earning certifications in Yoga (E-RYT-500, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Registered Children’s Yoga Instructor), meditation, mindfulness, Reiki Mastership, and Life Coaching. I studied the art and science of Astrology at the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology. Over the years, it has been my pleasure to guide, inspire, and help children and adults pursue their dreams. My approach is to create an encouraging environment where students can discover the joy and magic of creating a life of purpose and meaning.
I believe in Magic, I believe in Miracles, and I believe in You!
