• I offer online consultations via Zoom, Phone, or WhatsApp. My business hours are 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. EST. For those living outside of the United States, I offer additional hours.
• You may purchase sessions via the Paypal “Buy Now” buttons below each service or send the amount via Venmo @alexalanestudio.
• Refund Policy: I provide a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours after purchase.
• Once you have made payment, please contact me to schedule your session (alexa@alexalane.com or 203-988-4190 txt/call). Please note scheduling cannot be done until after payment has been received.
• After we schedule your session, please send me your full name, birth date, place of birth, and exact time of birth as it appears on your birth certificate.
• You will receive your personal Astrological Natal Chart before our session.
• Recordings of Zoom sessions or phone calls are the responsibility of the client.
