I practice a holistic approach to Coaching. I believe we need to balance all areas of our life to be healthy and happy. Truly, everything we do has an impact on supporting or diminishing our well-being. When our relationships, lifestyle choices, mindset, and work environment all support our growth in a positive direction, we can create a life that is meaningful and rewarding.

 What happens during a private coaching session?

 During a private session we will sit down together, relax, and come up with a strategy to get you on your way to creating the life you envision. Together we will design a realistic action plan that focuses on lifestyle choices that will bring meaning and joy to your life.

 What is your approach to health and wellness coaching?

 My approach is first to teach you how to detox your life and become clean and clear by eliminating unhealthy food choices, chemicals, and habits. I will teach you how to prepare delicious, nutritious food that will help eliminate cravings, focus your mind, and invigorate your body. I will also design an individualized, easy to follow fitness routine to strengthen and relax your whole body.
